Everything you enter is stored on your own device. There is no account to create, nothing to log into, no sync, and no advertising or cross-app tracking. Anonymous usage statistics about the setup and purchase screens are the only thing the app measures. The privacy policy sets out exactly what that means, including the third-party services involved.
